    The school administrator does a Filter Search, see's the message, reports it, and within 15 minutes, the Hoovle Support Team has deleted the message sent from all recipients Inbox (additionally, the administrator can place a user limit on the staff, prohibiting them from sending a message for the next 7 days)

    Mike's account sent inappropriate messages to teachers, but Mike claims it wasn't him

    The administrator can check the login history through the User Monitor tool, to cross reference the time logged in for Mike's account, and where he was when this happened

    The school, receiving the help request, didn't know how to answer it

    While the administrator or editor was viewing the help request, they simply clicked the Forward link, forwarding the message to the Hoovle Support Team instantly, whereby they responded directly to Mr. Andrews
