How can Hoovle be used?

Students   Students
  Students may use Hoovle, excluding specifications stipulated by their respective school, only by which Hoovle offers it to be used (eg. logging in and altering a web url with the intention of accessing pages that are not actually accessible from your account is strictly prohibited)

Students may only use the info, alerts, messages, grades, attendance, classes, school, help and profiles tools.

Hoovle reserves the right to block access to any and all of it's system if these stipulations, or any others mentioned by your school, are not honored.

In such a case, the student would have to meet with Hoovle and/or their school, in order to request access
 
Teachers & Staff   Teachers & Staff
  Teachers & Staff may use the system, as previously stated, only through links accessible to their account

They may access the info, alerts, messages, grades, attendance, classes, school, help, surveys, meetings, permission slips, files, pages, class manager, student manager, guardian manager, grade manager, attendance manager and profiles tools.

Hoovle may monitor the actions performed by staff incase of abuse to the system

Hoovle remains the right to block access to Hoovle if these or school stipulations are not honored In such a case, the staff would have to meet with Hoovle and/or their school, in order to request access
 
Guardians   Guardians
  Guardians may use the system obeying only the rules set out by Hoovle, since they do not infact 'belong' to a school

Guaridans may access the info, alerts, messages, students, help and profile tools

Hoovle may monitor the actions performed by guardians incase of abuse to the system

Hoovle remains the right to block access to Hoovle if these stipulations are not honored. In such a case, the guardian, including their email address, IP address, and students, may be permanantely blocked from Hoovle

Guardians may use the system, as previously stated, only through links accessible to their account
 
Schools   Schools
  A school may use Hoovle to host classes, school pages, students, teachers and guardians information online, accessible to their respective targets

Hoovle is not to be used as a source for hosting & transferring files at an unreasonable rate

As well, schools may not engage into manipulative practice, to cut costs (eg. all staff have an allowable 10 Megabyte limit on uploadable files for them and their classes; any attempt to repeatedly create new pseudo staff in order to bypass the limit, is considered unfaithful to this stipulation)

Hoovle may permantely block access to a school if financial agreements, inappropriate use, or other actions which may compromise the security of the system take place

Upon subscription by a school to Hoovle, 10% of the financial agreement will be a permanent investment for the term of the subscription, due to setup and initial access on Hoovle's part

If a case arises in which a cancellation of subscription is to take place, only the percentage of days left on the contract, from the original 90% agreement, will be returnable
